The acquisition of CTI Solutions provides our clients and partners with a combined very experienced team with advanced certified skillsets and years of experience in telephony, communications applications and contact centre solutions.
Cytrack.io announces that it has completed the acquisition of CTI Solutions which was settled in late November for an undisclosed sum. Cytrack continues to run CTI under its existing brand for the immediate period and will begin integrating the CTI Solutions team and customers under the Cytrack.io brand as a unified organisation in the New Year. Peter McCrindle the previous Managing Director of CTI joins Cytrack.io to lead the Sales and Marketing team and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the telephony and contact center space.

Our partners in the industry looked to Cytrack to assist with a much deeper engagement in the complete end-to-end cloud solution. As a result, we built a high-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services and developed our custom platform and application environments within Microsoft Azure.
