In 2007 we were invited to visit Microsoft HQ in Seattle to meet the Dynamics CRM development management and to present our CRM telephony integration. As a result of that visit we were uniquely invited to the 'Metro' program to integrate our solutions to Dynamics CRM from the beginning pre-release when it was code named 'Titan'.
