Cytrack continues to run CTI under its existing brand for the immediate period and will begin integrating the CTI Solutions team and customers under the Cytrack.io brand as a unified organisation in the New Year.  Peter McCrindle the previous Managing Director of CTI joins Cytrack.io to lead the Sales and Marketing team and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the telephony and contact center space.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Nick Milan Managing Director of CyTrack, says:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;CTI Solutions was formed in 1994 and is a recognised and respected telephony solutions provider and managed service provider in the industry.  CTI Solutions has been a reseller of CyTrack for over 25 years, and our companies have engaged in a series of successful joint projects over the years.<\/p>\n<p>As we know, the pandemic caused an acceleration of customers transitioning to cloud solutions, and the complete package and skillsets required for business communications evolved.   Our partners in the industry looked to Cytrack to assist with a much deeper engagement in the complete end-to-end cloud solution.  As a result, we built a high-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services and developed our custom platform and application environments within Microsoft Azure.  <\/p>\n<p>Cytrack has been engaging with our partners for complex and strategic level accounts in the mid-level and enterprise space, especially those companies with complex and custom-fit requirements that require a complete &#8216;end-to-end&#8217; partner as the &#8216;software developer&#8217; and integration specialist. <\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of CTI Solutions provides our clients and partners with a combined, very experienced team with advanced certified skillsets and years of experience in telephony, communications applications and contact centre solutions.
