This can occur if the recording is interrupted in some way part way through the call \u2018Connection to DeskServer\u2019<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>The \u2018Recording SilenceExceeded\u2019 call test that recordings do not exceed the expected percentage of silence (configurable by you)<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>Ability to poll relevant API<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>Disk Space<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>Time since last Ping from DeskServer<\/li>\r\n\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\t\r\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"CyPulse application &amp;
